Using Livemore Bio
Jupyter and exports
Open JupyterLab
livemore notebook
This starts JupyterLab with the SDK pre-wired.
Export a run
Every Cendos run can be downloaded as analysis.csv and analysis.ipynb. The notebook reproduces the recorded result rather than recomputing it, so what you review is what the system actually produced.
From the console, open the run in Cendos Lab and choose the CSV or notebook export. From the terminal:
RUN=$(curl -fsS -H "Authorization: Bearer $(livemore token)" \
http://127.0.0.1:8852/protocols/latest | python3 -c 'import json,sys;print(json.load(sys.stdin)["run_id"])')
curl -fsS -H "Authorization: Bearer $(livemore token)" \
"http://127.0.0.1:8852/protocols/$RUN/analysis.ipynb" -o analysis.ipynb
curl -fsS -H "Authorization: Bearer $(livemore token)" \
"http://127.0.0.1:8852/protocols/$RUN/analysis.csv" -o analysis.csv
Runs are immutable
Every run made through the services is immutable. It can be reopened, re-run with a link to its parent run, and exported again at any time.
