Whole-human coverage

Livemore Bio registers every body system from the start and tracks each system's scientific maturity separately. Including a system in the architecture never counts as evidence that it works. This summary comes from livemore manifest on release stable 6588707.

Body systems

Body system Functional claim Executable models
Endocrine MODELED_CONTEXT_ONLY Bergman glucose–insulin
Cardiovascular MODELED_CONTEXT_ONLY O'Hara–Rudy CiPA 2017, heart-rate model
Digestive, hepatobiliary and exocrine pancreatic UNAVAILABLE partial: oral one-compartment hepatic PK
Urinary and renal regulatory UNAVAILABLE partial: renal covariate for metformin clearance
Integumentary, skeletal and articular, muscular and fascial, nervous, special sensory, blood and hematopoietic, lymphatic and immune, respiratory, reproductive, microbiome, and interstitial, extracellular-matrix and body-cavity interfaces UNAVAILABLE registered and reference-backed, with no engine yet

The maturity ladder

Each system is scored separately on each rung, and a rung is earned only with its own evidence.

Rung Systems
Registered 15 of 15
Reference-backed 15 of 15
Modeled 2 of 15
Coupled 2 of 15
Person-calibrated 0 of 15
Context-validated 0 of 15
Independently replicated 0 of 15
Device-connected 0 of 15

The coupling between the two modeled systems, endocrine and cardiovascular, is a labelled hypothesis: its magnitude has no admitted source yet.

Reading the manifest yourself

livemore manifest

prints the whole-human capability and maturity as JSON. From Python:

from livemorebio import whole_human_manifest

manifest = whole_human_manifest()
manifest["coverage"]["registered_systems"], manifest["coverage"]["modeled_systems"]   # (15, 2)
